Anchor Pool Services provides residential pool cleaning, maintenance, seasonal openings, power washing, and related services in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. Some services (for example, green or neglected pool recoveries) may require additional treatment and cost, which we will communicate before performing the work.

2. Quotes, Booking, and Payment

  • Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted after on-site assessment.

  • Recurring services (such as weekly maintenance) are billed on the schedule shown at the time of purchase until cancelled.

  • Payment is due as described at checkout or on your invoice.

3. Your Responsibilities

To allow us to perform services safely and effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the pool and equipment on scheduled service days

  • Secure pets and notify us of any hazards or special conditions

  • Maintain working equipment necessary for service

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

  • Program description. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling coordination, service updates, billing notices, and — where you have separately agreed — promotional offers.
